Free Shipping
All orders over $99 AUD qualify for free standard shipping Australia-wide. Orders under $99 incur a flat $9.95 shipping fee.
Dispatch Times
Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEST Monday–Friday are dispatched same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 pm or on weekends/public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Delivery times are estimates only and commence from date of dispatch, not date of order. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to carrier issues.
Carriers
We ship via Australia Post, StarTrack, and Aramex depending on your location and the service selected. A tracking number is emailed once your order is dispatched.
PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers
We can deliver to PO Boxes and Australia Post Parcel Lockers via standard shipping only. Express shipping requires a street address with someone available to receive the parcel.
International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only. We are working on international shipping options — stay tuned!
