30-Day Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility

Eligible

Unopened, sealed products in original packaging
Opened products with all original accessories, cables, and documentation
Defective or damaged items (any condition)
Incorrect item received

Not Eligible

Items returned after 30 days from delivery
Products with physical damage caused by misuse
Items without proof of purchase
Products purchased from third-party resellers

How to Return

Email hello@data-bay.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Label

We'll email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.

Ship the Item

Pack the product securely in its original packaging and drop it at any Australia Post outlet.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal). Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different model or capacity, simply note this in your return request. If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly.

Australian Consumer Law

Our return policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If a product has a major failure, you are entitled to a replacement or refund. For minor failures, you are entitled to have the product repaired in a reasonable time.
